We will definetly use them again in 2 years when its needed again.
That being said, they came out and went above and beyond of my expectations. They educated us on how the system worked and what they needed to do. They dug back mulch that was covering the large access holes rather than just going through the exposed tubes. He said for an efficient pumping this was the only way to get everything out that is needed. He had to use an additional mixer to make sure anything that wasn't suppose to be in there he was able to get out. He told us what we needed to do and what not to do to keep our system operating at its best.
Very friendly workers!! The woman on the phone was so nice and the man who came to our house was so helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
